Who are We?
The Panhandle Pathway is a hiking/biking trail stretching 21 miles through north-central Indiana, from Winamac to near France Park. The Pathway follows the old railbed of the Pennsylvania Railroad line southward across the Tippecanoe River and Mill Creek, through Star City, Thornhope, and Royal Center on to Kenneth which is located west of Logansport.
Our Mission
Rails-to-Trails > n. - a transportation policy whereby former railroad right-of-ways are converted to recreational trails. The creation of a path for walking or biking
